My web site experience goes back to the mid-1990s. I didn't actually record it at the time but I think my first very basic site was launched in 1996. I'd been an active user of email forums for several years before that. However, none of that was intended as directly revenue earning.

My sites were more informational, associated with professional and hobby interests at the time. When, a little over two years ago, I decided to slim down my previous professional activites and to stop the exhausting round of almost non-stop travelling around the world, I turned to the Internet as a vehicle through which to develop additional revenue streams. Initially that was bookselling, both new and used books, at BrunleaBooks.com.

Then in July 2007 I decided that it would be good to share what we'd learned about marketing on the Internet - not just information about the marketing of "Internet Marketing" products and services, but help to any kind of small business aspiring to operate over the internet. Hence this site!

Recovering from the health impact of many years of over-work and over-much intensive travel has delayed the development of the site to the extent that I wanted, but I'm now looking forward to its complete overhaul in the next few months with an exciting new structure and mix of services. Watch this space!

However .....

I'm becoming even more careful than in the past about what is added. Two new sections have now been delayed until I've tested them out myself over a period of several more weeks. I do not wish this site to become known for recommending every latest commission-earning programme regardless of quality, reliability or (in some cases) revenue-earning prospects. Several highly promising products and services are currently under test.

Having said all that, we have a portal to Clickbank. Now on Clickbank there are thousands of products and services available, many of which provide excellent value, but you must exercise caution. Remember, all I'm doing here is pointing you to a large store which displays a vast array of products. You'll need to assess individual purchases for yourself - caveat emptor, as the ancient Romans used to say; buyer beware, especially of hyped up advertising with unreal claims.
